Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this credential, or the breach thereof, shall be determined by final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association and provided nothing herein shall bar NBPA from seeking injunctive relief in emergent circumstances, including the dissemination of its intellectual property or confidential information.
The Bearer's use of this credential is contingent on agreement to abide by all Camp guidelines (as they may be updated from time to time in the sole discretion of the NBPA and/or the Venue, the “Guidelines”).
